We process your data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

Solvemate does NOT collect, view, or store sensitive credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or net-banking passwords on our servers.
All monetary transactions for wallet top-ups are routed securely through Razorpay, an RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. We retain only non-sensitive transaction tokens (such as Order ID, Payment ID, amount in INR, and coins credited) for transaction verification and accounting.
We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertisers or third-party marketers. We share data solely under the following limited circumstances:
- Between User and Listener: Your chosen display name and booking notes are shown to your booked Listener. Your private email, phone number, and physical location are never disclosed to Listeners.
- Trusted Service Providers: Cloud hosting, database infrastructure, and transactional email deliverability partners operating under strict confidentiality agreements.
